We grow our cassava without synthetic inputs, following strict USDA and EU organic standards. Cassava is a generous crop by nature—every part of the plant can be used, and nothing goes to waste. This makes it not only a strategic food security crop, but also a cornerstone of our circular production model. We’re working to close the loop by turning agricultural by-products into biogas and natural fertilizers, helping us reduce our environmental impact and enhance the value of what we produce.
