Cassava is one of Africa’s most important and resilient staple crops. Naturally tolerant to drought and low-fertility soils, it plays a key role in strengthening food security and advancing agricultural sovereignty across the continent. The tuberous root and its products feed more than 500 million African households.
At JK Agrofarms, we grow our cassava on organically certified land, giving us full control over the variety and consistency of our raw material. Our factory, located directly on the farm, processes these roots within 24 hours, ensuring the highest level of freshness, nutrition, and quality. Our flour (sold under the brand Yakéva) is organic, gluten-free, non-GMO, and suitable for a variety of culinary uses as a wheat flour substiture. Our price-to-quality ratio has set us apart and has helped us become one of the most recognized Made-in-Cameroon food products in the local market.
We currently distribute across major supermarket chains in Cameroon and export to Europe and North America via e-commerce channels.
